HOW DO I BECOME A GREEN SKY CUSTOMER?
Simply create a "login" to our ecommerce site on the Home page or give us a call at 877-305-8002 to discuss your facility and setting up an account on terms. We do require a completed Credit Application. Please allow 3-4 days for approval.
WHAT ARE YOUR RETAIL STORE HOURS?
Our retail showroom hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Stores are currently closed on Sat/Sun

CAN I VIEW MY INVOICES ONLINE?
Yes. Simply go to CUSTOMER WEB SERVICES under our SERVICES section to learn more about viewing customer profile information, including online order history. You be a registered ecommerce customer to take advantage of this service.
CAN I LOOKUP PAST ORDERS ONLINE?
Yes. Using your login and password to the ecommerce site you can view all historical data online. You must be a registered ecommerce customer to view this data.
CAN I SAVE MY MOST FREQUENTLY USED ITEMS?
Yes. Simply login to the ecommerce site to view all historical data including frequently purchased items.
CAN I CHECK INVENTORY ON A PARTICULAR ITEM?
No. Currently, we do have stock inventory levels available on our ecommerce site. Special Order items are marked Special Order and in most cases take 5-7 days to be shipped. Simply call 877-305-8002 to check inventory levels on any item.
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDERS ONLINE AT MY NEAREST GREEN SKY LOCATION?
Yes. Please allow 1 hour for online order pick up at your designated Green Sky location. You can also call 877-305-8002 to request special pick up instructions.
DO YOU HAVE EXPERTS THAT CAN TROUBLESHOOT CLEANING ISSUES?
Yes. Please call 877-305-8002 with your question or challenge. We have customer service representatives standing by to assist you.
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
Our shipping policy is a 5 case (mix/match) free delivery within the STL/IL metro area. If under 5 cases (total order) there is a $9.99 delivery sur charge on our company owned fleet of trucks. We currently have no minimum dollar order requirement.
Otherwise, all shipments are shipped either drop ship from mfg at standard shipping rates or via UPS Ground (unless specified overnight) at standard UPS rates. Most orders are shipped same day from time of order.
Unfortunately we can not ship liquids, soap, chemicals, batteries, or aerosols via UPS. Local deliveries only for those types of items.
Any shipping charges will appear on final invoices.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/DAMAGE PRODUCT POLICY?
We will refund/exchange any order within 7 calendar days if you are not satisfied with your order. Shipping charges are not refundable and are the responsibility of the customer for returns.
After 7 days, we will gladly accept a return for store credit minus 15% restocking fee. In-store returns require original receipt of purchase.
Damaged goods will be replaced upon inspection within a 7 day return period. We cannot accept returns on opened or used chemical products.

DO YOU OFFER INSTALLATION?
We have a full support team of professional installers to accommodate our customer's installation requests. Please ask your sales representative or customer service for cost detail and availability. Costs are determined by # of dispensers/fixtures and type of installation required.

With thousands of potential cleaning products, we have filled the site with the most popular items, but we can source just about anything to your specs, so give us a call or email for the specific item you are trying to find and we will do our best to locate it for you.
